How I Work
Fee
I typically charge £85 per hour.*

*If I am undertaking a home visit or residential tutoring there may be travel expenses and other reasonable expenses incurred, as discussed prior to the work commencing.
Sessions
Home Visits
The minimum duration of a home visit is four hours. I find that this length of session works best for students 13+ age and older.

Parents are often surprised by how capable their children are of concentrating for four hours, and how much they get out of it.
​
Alternatively, I am happy to split a block of time between siblings.
Online Sessions
I find that online sessions work best if they are kept to between one and three hours.
For these shorter lessons I offer sessions via Zoom or Skype.
International & Residential
Outside of the UK, I have taught residentially in Argentina, France, Spain, Norway, Ghana and Zimbabwe and regularly tutor via Zoom in places as far flung as Oman, Portugal, Bali and the USA.
